Welcome to the newly opened Restaurant & Bar in the Hakuba Goryu area, opening in December 2024. Our signature dish is “Shijimi Taki-Niku,” a traditional delicacy from Kagoshima. This dish features fresh vegetables such as cabbage and bean sprouts, arranged like a “bank,” with premium beef and an abundance of Shijimi clams from Lake Shinji placed in the center. The rich flavors of the beef combine perfectly with the exquisite clam broth, creating a dish you won't want to miss.
