Nikuekiteisha is a casual Japanese izakaya operated by **HAKUBA CRAFT**, a craft brewery born in Hakuba and Otari.

Reopened in July 2026, our restaurant specializes in charcoal-grilled meat dishes, prepared right before your eyes in our open kitchen. We carefully select our charcoal to bring out the rich flavors and aroma of every ingredient.

Our signature beer, **Avalanche IPA**, is always on tap. With its balanced malt character and pleasantly hoppy bitterness, it’s crafted to pair perfectly with grilled meat. We also offer a rotating selection of seasonal and limited-edition beers brewed by HAKUBA CRAFT.
