Established in 2002, our restaurant takes pride in crafting pure handmade buckwheat noodles. We embrace the use of local ingredients, such as Hakuba pork and Shinshu golden gamecock, along with our velvety-smooth nihachi soba noodles made from buckwheat flour sourced from Shinshu (including Hakuba), Hokkaido, and other regions.
Our dining area offers a spectacular view of the Hakuba mountains, and during spring through fall, we provide terrace seating, accommodating both pet owners and individuals with wheelchairs.
Furthermore, in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken additional measures to ensure the safety of our guests. Roll screens have been placed between seats, and we've installed ventilation fans and air purifiers to mitigate the risk of infection.
