We are a yakitori restaurant specializing in grilling Nagano Prefecture's jidori chicken over binchotan charcoal. We take pride in using locally sourced ingredients, including locally raised chicken and home-grown, pesticide-free vegetables.

Our most beloved dish is our succulent chicken liver, known for its melt-in-your-mouth texture, perfectly complementing our wide selection of sake. We offer a variety of sake, ranging from Hakuba's locally brewed options to the owner's carefully curated recommendations.
