Operated by **HAKUBA CRAFT**, a craft brewery based in Hakuba and Otari, our brewery restaurant is located next to the Bell Slope at Tsugaike Mountain Resort.

During the green season (approximately April to December), we are open **by reservation only**. We welcome groups of **10 or more guests** with reservations made at least **3 days in advance**.

Surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Northern Alps, you can enjoy our handcrafted beers brewed with exceptionally soft snowmelt water, paired with dishes carefully created to complement each beer. Whether you’re planning a company outing, training camp, sports team gathering, group tour, or private event, we offer a memorable dining experience in a unique mountain setting.

Our menu features a variety of shareable dishes such as pizzas and nachos, as well as hearty main courses including premium Japanese Wagyu steak. We are also happy to discuss menu arrangements to suit your group’s needs.
