Situated within the Hakuba Goryu Alpine Botanical Garden, Escal Plaza, Midori no Shokutaku is a restaurant specializing in Hakuba, Shinshu buckwheat noodles, and French galette using buckwheat flour. During the summer season, we transform into a haven for handmade buckwheat noodles, original buckwheat creations, and Hakuba's local delight, the Hakuba galette.
We venture to blend the unique flavor of Hakuba buckwheat flour into our hand-cut buckwheat noodles and Hakuba galette, offering a tantalizing experience of buckwheat cuisine.

For coffee aficionados, we invite you to sample our 'drinkable aroma' water-driven coffee, brewed with water from Goryu for over 18 hours.
