Our Japanese set meals and rice bowls highlight rice and produce from Hakuba, grown with snowmelt water from the Northern Alps and rich local soil. Enjoy wholesome, comforting flavors that nourish both body and soul.

Shokudo Misa, a long-established and popular restaurant representing Joetsu-Myoko in Niigata, has been cherished for more than half a century.
Here in Nagano, Snow Peak Cafeteria is the only place where you can enjoy its signature Miso Ramen. This specialty dish is loved for the sweetness of plenty of onions, the aroma of garlic, and the rich depth of white miso in perfect harmony.
