Snow Peak Cafeteria is a casual dining spot where visitors and locals alike can relax and enjoy the flavors of the region.

Our Japanese set meals and rice bowls feature rice and seasonal produce from Hakuba, grown with snowmelt water from the Northern Alps and the area’s rich soil. Carefully prepared with locally sourced ingredients, they offer wholesome, comforting flavors that nourish both body and soul.

We also proudly serve the famous Miso Ramen from Shokudo Misa, a beloved restaurant in Joetsu-Myoko, Niigata, with over 50 years of history. Snow Peak Cafeteria is the only place in Nagano where you can enjoy this signature dish, known for the sweetness of generous onions, the aroma of garlic, and the rich depth of white miso.
