Our cuisine is under the expert guidance of Hideki Ishikawa, the renowned chef behind 'Kagurazaka Ishikawa', which boasts three Michelin stars. Chef Ishikawa personally forges connections with local producers in Hakuba and its vicinity to procure the finest seasonal ingredients. He employs the finest cooking techniques handed down by Mr. Ishikawa to reveal the pure deliciousness of these ingredients.
Our menu features appetizers with a Japanese essence, grilled dishes prepared on lava stones, and other exclusive creations that can only be savored here.
