We provide experiences that foster a connection between people and Hakuba's nature and community through our culinary offerings. The name Restaurant Seppo is inspired by Snow Peak's steadfast mission to unite individuals with the environment and with one another. This name embodies our commitment to allowing our guests to immerse themselves in the Northern Alps' richness through all five senses.

Our cuisine is under the expert guidance of Hideki Ishikawa, the renowned chef behind 'Kagurazaka Ishikawa', which boasts three Michelin stars. Chef Ishikawa personally forges connections with local producers in Hakuba and its vicinity to procure the finest seasonal ingredients. He employs the finest cooking techniques handed down by Mr. Ishikawa to reveal the pure deliciousness of these ingredients.

Our menu features appetizers with a Japanese essence, grilled dishes prepared on lava stones, and other exclusive creations that can only be savored here. This is where you can relish nature-eating cuisine like no other. To complement our dishes, we offer an extensive selection of natural wines (Vin Naturel).
