Welcome to the newly opened Restaurant & Bar in the Hakuba Goryu area, opening in December 2024. Our signature dish is “Shijimi Taki-Niku,” a traditional delicacy from Kagoshima. This dish features fresh vegetables such as cabbage and bean sprouts, arranged like a “bank,” with premium beef and an abundance of Shijimi clams from Lake Shinji placed in the center. The rich flavors of the beef combine perfectly with the exquisite clam broth, creating a dish you won’t want to miss.

MEET THE CHEF: Andrea Ferrero

Andrea Ferrero is the creative mind behind Stars’n Cacio. Andrea has been a chef since his youth and worked as Executive Chef in some of the world’s finest hotels, like the Bulgari Hotel in Milan and Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo.

What sets Andrea apart from other chefs is that he is a curator by heart. He does not only select the best ingredients for his dishes and presents them skillfully, he invents the drinks, creates or selects the art displayed in the restaurant, curates the music, the staff outfits and all the small details that make Stars’n Cacio a one-of-a-kind lifestyle brand.

We hope our café enables you to have a relaxing time enjoying the view of the Northern Japan Alps. The calm café offers a panoramic view of the mountains, Goryu, Hakuba-Sanzan, Haku-Nori and Iwatake.

Green Season is a cafe specializing in curry and spicy cuisine, with a strong emphasis on spices. The avocado spinach curry on our menu transitions from vegetarian to vegan based on the season. Pesquetarians and flexitarians are more than welcome. We happily cater to all dietary preferences, including allergies and vegans, and gladly accept reservations up to a day in advance ✨. Please consult with us regarding any specific requirements for raw vegans.
